These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gragam website (gragam.com) and the Gragam mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a question pack, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
1. Who We Are
Gragam is developed and operated by Appspire Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: gragam@appspirelabs.com.
2. Nature of the Service & Astrological Guidance
- Traditional Guidance: Gragam computes astrological charts (Jaathagam / Kundali) using classical ephemeris arithmetic and traditional Vedic Jyotish principles. Astrology is rooted in tradition and cultural belief and is not capable of absolute empirical verification.
- No Guaranteed Outcomes: We make no warranties regarding specific life outcomes in marriage, childbirth, litigation, business, health, or career. Astrological timing indicators represent traditional interpretations rather than guaranteed certainties.
- Not Professional Advice: Gragam does not offer medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice. Users must consult licensed professionals for health, legal, or investment decisions.
- Zero Fear & No Remedy Upselling: We do not manufacture anxiety or sell poojas, rituals, or gemstones.
3. Question Packs, 1-Year Validity & Billing
- Question Packs & Pay-As-You-Go: Gragam offers questions on a transparent pay-as-you-go pack model: 2 Questions for ₹49, 5 Questions for ₹99, and 12 Questions for ₹199. Each pack grants question credits for Ask Astrologer consultations and 40+ Muhurtham auspicious timing queries.
- 1-Year (365 Days) Validity: Every question pack carries an unconditional validity period of one (1) year (365 days) from the exact date and time of purchase. Unconsumed question credits remain active and usable in your account throughout this 365-day validity window. Unused question credits expire automatically upon the completion of 365 days from the purchase date.
- Zero Recurring Autopay & No Lock-In: Question packs are one-time payments. There are no recurring monthly auto-debits, hidden charges, or per-minute phone timers. You purchase only what you need.
- Taxes & Invoicing: All published prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. Tax invoices are issued electronically for every purchase.
4. User Responsibilities
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your birth details and the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to use the Service for stalking, harassment, or commercial re-distribution.
5. Intellectual Property
The Gragam software, ephemeris computation engine, chart layouts, and brand identity belong exclusively to Appspire Labs Private Limited and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
