Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Our commitment is transparency, fairness, and zero hidden lock-ins. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1. Question Packs & 1-Year Validity

Gragam operates on transparent, pay-as-you-go question packs (2 Questions ₹49, 5 Questions ₹99, and 12 Questions ₹199). Each pack carries an unconditional validity of one (1) year (365 days) from the exact date of purchase. You can consume your question credits across 365 days whenever an important life decision or auspicious timing query arises.

2. Zero Recurring Charges

Because Gragam uses a one-time question pack model, there are no recurring monthly auto-debits, surprise renewal fees, or subscription lock-ins. You are charged only for the question packs you explicitly choose to buy.

3. Refund Eligibility

We provide prompt full refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical or Computation Failure: If an answer failed to generate, arrived corrupted, or if our engine computed planetary positions incorrectly for the birth details you entered.
• Double or Erroneous Charges: If your account or payment method was billed more than once for the same question pack due to a payment gateway error.
• Unused Question Pack (72-Hour Window): If you purchased a question pack and request a refund within 72 hours of purchase without having consumed any of the questions from that pack.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Because astrological readings are custom-computed and delivered immediately for your birth chart, utilized questions cannot be refunded simply because you disagree with the astrological indication. Astrology is an interpretive discipline, and we do not guarantee specific future events.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email gragam@appspirelabs.com with your registered email/phone number and payment transaction reference.

We acknowledge all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
